Built in 1876-80 by Charles Edward Davis, St Peter's Church is a French 13th Century Gothic style building with distinct unbroken rooflines and a rounded east-facing end elevation. Developed to provide 20 exceptional apartments.

Western Building Consultants Ltd acted as party wall surveyors, CDM co-ordinators and energy consultants.

They also acted as architectural consultants, drafting revised planning applications, building regulations drawings, as built drawings, working drawings, lease plans, land registry plans and remodelled the penthouse flat.
